For those that know me well&nbsp;- this is not a typical activity but for some mad reason I decided to sign myself up!!</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: &amp;amp;amp;amp; mso-fareast-font-family: &#39;Times New Roman&#39;; mso-ansi-language: EN; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;">The challenge begins with Ben Nevis in Scotland &ndash; the highest of the 3 at 1344m.&nbsp;It will then take us 7 hours to travel&nbsp;to the Lake District&nbsp;where we will&nbsp;climb Scafell Pike and we will finally finish by climbing Snowdon (at 3.30am!) and&nbsp;all of this&nbsp;in 24 hours!</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: &amp;amp;amp;amp; mso-fareast-font-family: &#39;Times New Roman&#39;; mso-ansi-language: EN; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;">The most important thing however is the reason why&nbsp;I'm doing this &ndash; to <strong><span style="color: #993366;">raise money for Marie Curie</span></strong>. I am sure that we have all been affected by cancer at some point in our lives - whether it be a loved one, friend, colleague or family member and we all know how tough it can be. Marie Curie works to make it not so tough. </span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: &amp;amp;amp;amp; mso-fareast-font-family: &#39;Times New Roman&#39;; mso-ansi-language: EN; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;">Every penny that we raise for Marie Curie will enable them to carry on with the amazing work they do in ensuring that terminally ill people, wherever they may be in the UK, will have access to brilliant care.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: #993366; line-height: 140%; font-family: &amp;amp;amp;amp; mso-ansi-language: EN; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;"><strong>Every &pound;20 raised provides 1 hour of nursing care for Marie Curie Cancer Care, an amazing charity who support individuals and their families at a very difficult time in their lives. </strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: #cc99ff;"><strong>Every penny counts and HSBC will match &pound;1 for &pound;1 on money I raise.
