I am running the Butterfly virtual 5km race during March.  I will be sending my route and time to the race organisers but will try to do my running one go.  This is my first 5km race and I will do my best.

Anyone can enter the race through the Medal Mad link below. You can run, jog, or walk the 5km and you don't have to do it all in one go, just make sure you keep evidence of your activity, on a running watch or a phone app. You need to send your evidence to Medal Mad to get your medal.
