Story

This is the third year that I will be running the 10k for CAADA and I would really like to say that by now I am fit and well trained but as usually I have left this till the last minute and done no running what so ever. But does that stop me? Nope I like a challenge!!

So on the 20th May you will find me running around Bristol looking rather red in the face and uncomfortable (if I haven't passed out by then) all in the name of charity.

I will be raising money for CAADA (Coordinated Action Against Domestic Abuse). In the UK, an average of two women per week are killed by domestic abuse. One in four women and one in six men will be affected by abuse in their lifetime. CAADA’s aim is to protect the highest risk victims and their children – those at risk of murder or serious harm. Please help me to raise at least £100 for CAADA by donating now and come along to shoe your support.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thank you ta!
