Over 150,000 of us in the UK have MS. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re the MS Society. We understand what life’s like with MS. We're here for you through the highs, lows and everything in between. Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.

Story

Hi all,

My sister and I are going to attempt to Swim a mile in the freezing cold water of Salford Quays ! We are trying to raise money for the MS Society (Multiple Sclerosis) as it is really close to our hearts. MS is a neurological condition which affects around 100,000 people in the UK. MS is complex and has many symptoms. Symptoms might include fatigue, vision problems and difficulties with walking. Unfortunately MS is different with everyone and is difficult to diagnose and there is no cure as of yet. There are treatments out there which do help. The money we raise will be going towards making someones life just that little bit better and also towards research into this very complex condition.

So please donate as much as you can for such a worthy charity :-)
