Right peeps - I'm punishing myself for the second year in a row by taking part in the Great North Run half marathon - this time in aid of Bone Cancer Research Trust.  

Last year was tough and I completed the "run" in 2.48.  I started too fast and suffered for the second half....hoping to have learnt from that and this year I am aiming for 2.15.  

Please help me reach my target of £300 to help spur me on to knock 33 minutes off last year's time!
