Haute Route Ski Tour · 22 April 2014

Established in the 1960s, the SAA takes in unwanted and abandoned cats and rabbits. All the animals are micro-chipped, neutered and vaccinated, and the SAA never puts a healthy animal down. The animals are given food, shelter and veterinary care, until loving new homes are found.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the Cheshire Pet JustGiving page.

Our vet Edward will be skiing the notoriously tough Haute Route to raise money for the Society for Abandoned Animals.  The charity cares for and rehomes abandoned cats, dogs and rabbits.

Many of you will know about Rory, the gorgeous dog that has been with us since November.  We've been baking to raise money for his training sessions and you've been incredibly generous.  The Society for Abandoned Animals are now able to take Rory in to their rehoming centre, so he's one step closer to finding his forever home.

We'd like to help them with their work as much as possible so that dogs like Rory get the second chance they deserve.
