Hey guys!

On the 12th of March 2011 I will be jumping from 160ft in Bristol. The money I raise will be given to Mind, a charity that strives for better mental health. None of the money will be used to subsidise the cost of the bungee jump. Please feel free to pop along on the 12 and support me and Mind.

Mental health problems can affect anyone, rich or poor, young or old, shattering the lives of those affected and the lives of the people close to them. One in four of us will experience a mental health problem at some point in our lives. Each year more than 250,000 people are admitted to psychiatric hospitals and over 4,000 people take their own lives.

A quarter of the people you know are, will be or have been affected by a mental health problem.

Mind can help people with many different mental health problems ranging from schizophrenia to eating disorders and not just depression.

So potentially somewhat ironically I will be jumping from a height in order to raise money and awareness for this fantastic charity, so in the future hopefully more of us bounce back.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.
