On July 14th I am running the British 10K in London in loving memory of 2 special angels who both on the day of their birth were very sadly too perfect to stay.

Charlotte Bartle (12/05/11) and Ben Bartle (06/09/12). 

17 babies are stillborn or die shortly after birth everyday in the UK.    A sadness and devastation beyond all scope of imagination for most. 

My chosen charity Sands provide amazing support for the parents of those (like my dear friends Carlie and Alan) whose babies who die before, during or shortly after birth.  Sands also works to promote research and improvements in practice which could save babies lives.
