We've been biking away since half nine this morning, it's going as swimmingly as it can on exercise bikes! I did an hour stint this morning and can't feel my bum now!

Barclays (in George Street, Luton) are holding a fundraising event for 'Angels Autism Support Group' on the 25th May. Members of staff will be cycling on exercise bikes in the branch throughout the day. If you are about in town please pop in and show your support. (I'll be dressed as Bat Girl =] )

Angels is a parent led voluntary organisation and Registered Charity set up in North Hertfordshire to support parents and carers of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Here's the link to their website
