Hi Everyone,

On 8th September I will be doing a 720m Zip Wire challenge, the longest in the UK.

The charity is Severn Area Rescue Association (SARA), a lifeboat and mountain rescue charity in the Severn and Wye area. 

For me, this challenge is for my dad who passed away on 21st of March. He was an active and committed member of the charity with responsibilities including Helmsman, RYA Powerboat Instructor and a period of Deputy Chairing the Exacutive Committee. He was dedicated to the raising of funds for the organisation and I can think of no better way to honour his memory.

SARA recieves no government funding and requires specialist training and life saving equipment so its a cause worth giving to.
