Hi, I've been running about 6km 3 times a week for the last 4 months or so. This will be my first organised 'race', which I'm doing through my work on behalf of the 'Civil service benevolent fund'. It's 10km through the centre of London - will be a challenge! Hoping not to run in the wrong direction or get tripped up ;o)
