My 57 year old father, Teddy, and I are running the Royal Parks Half Marathon this October.  We are raising money for the Royal Marsden Cancer charity and the amazing work they do along with a large gang of people dressed as prawns thanks to Aisling Crapnell and Ollie Pell!

The old codger and I would be thrilled if you could spare a little bit money for a cause very close to our hearts.
