On June 23rd I will be jumping out of a plane at 14,000 feet all in the name of Charity, I have only a month to raise £350 so any donation is greatly appreciated, and it is all for a very good cause the Ray Gravell and friends charitable trust established in memory of one of Wales greatest ambassdors, Ray Gravell, the Trust supports causes and individuals in West Wales that we know woyuld have been close to his heart.
