I was riding from London to Paris in aid of COPS (Care Of Police Survivors) in honour of and in the memory of Matt Ratana. 

Matt was a true hero taken from us in the most tragic circumstances. 

I knew Matt for 29 years as a colleague, rugby player and friend.
