I'll be choosing to walk around the island over 1 day with a team of similarly foolish people from work.

I'm doing this because it seems like the obvious next step from my dismal 5.6km run recently!  Hopefully my devil may care attitude is contagious and you will contribute all of the £££'s in sponsorship - it's for a very good cause.
