I, along with several Barclays colleagues, will be undertaking gruelling 10 mile canoe trip on the River Thames to raise money for our affiliate charity, the Diana Awards, as well a new charity we are supporting, Westminster Boating Base. Starting opposite the Millennium Dome, participants will paddle past all of London's great riverside sights and disembark on the other side of the city by the Houses of Parliament.

On the basis that this will a) cause me pain and b) is for 2 really great charities I was hoping you could sponsor me.
