I am taking part in Tough Mudder for the Kajaki/Help for Heroes team at the end of this month.

During the pre production for Kajaki the team were lucky enough to visit Chavasse House, the Help for Heroes recovery centre in Colchester, and saw the fantastic work they do first hand and meet some of the veterans there. H4H are a wonderful organisation and any donations will go a long way to help them continue they're great work.

I did Tough Guy way back in 2003 so am seeing what I'm made of now I'm a bit older and wiser.
