Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
What I am aiming to do is complete 12 half Marathons or longer distances this year and maybe more runs. I am raising money for the Neuro Foundation, which raises funds to help people with a condition called Neurofibromatosis, to which there is no cure. Everyday a new child is born with the condition and there is an estimated 25,000 people in the UK with the condition.
I am raising money for them as my niece has the condition and I feel that more awareness for the condition is needed. If you want to read more in to the condition please go to the Neuro Foundation web site

20th Blackmore Vale Half Marathon Race, 5 February 2012. Came 36th out of 650 starters, in 1:26.33.
Run Your Pace Half Marathon, 18 February 2012. Came 57th out of 1500 starters, in 1:26.26.
18th Bideford Half Marathon, 4 March 2012. Came 74th out of 1079 starters, in 1:26.07.
Falmouth Half Marathon,18 March 2012. Came 10th out of 350 starters, in 1:27:46.
Yeovil Half Marathon, 25 March 2012. Came 12th out of 950 starters, in 1:23:14.
Tavistock Half Marathon, 15 April 2012. came 5th out of 300 starters, in a time of 1:24:16.
Virgin London Marathon, 22 April 2012. Came 2214 out of 36742 finishers, in a time of 3:11:42.
