I am taking part in the London to Paris cycle ride that will cover 330 miles in three days and end up on the Champs Elysees.  The event is fantastically organised and I feel privileged to be able to take part.  In order to give something back, we have decided to raise money for one of the many worthwhile charities out there and I have chosen Autistica.

Autistica seeks to use biomedical research to bring benefits to individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorders.  If you choose to donate, JustGiving will send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
