On 26th May I will be running a distance of 10k in the Bupa Great Manchester Run. I am hoping to run it in a respectable time and will be running it to raise as much money as possible for Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. They are a great charity that focus on saving peoples lives as they not only work with treating people with lung cancer but resaerch ways in which the disease can be prevented.
