Hi,

Recently close friend and work colleague, Keith Willumsen was diagnosed with Bone Cancer so I have decided to do the Great North Run to raise money for the Bone Cancer Research Trust. It has also been an ambition of mine to take part in the Great North run but I never had the motivation to do it, now I have.
