Shortly I'll be abseiling down the Europa Hotel in Belfast for Stepping stones chairty (Google em, its a great cause!). All I need you to do is to help me raise as much money as possible. Anything you can give is really appreciated and will be a great benefit to Stepping Stones.

I'll just point out that I've never abseiled and I am no fan of heights to try and get the sympathy vote.
