Having not been in a boat, or on a rowing machine, for the best part of 15years, I have been nominated by my delightful colleagues to take part in The Greatest Row for Cancer Research.  On the 24th March I will be joining 5 other team members to take part in a 26.2mile indoor rowing race - I am hoping that they have been on, or even near, a rowing machine more recently than I have!

Hopefully you can spare a few pounds to donate to Cancer Research to celebrate the pain I will be going through; just a small fraction of the difficulty that cancer sufferers and their families go through every day.
