Why... A good family friend had the help and support of Children's Heart Federation through some extremely difficult early years of their wonderful little boy's initial life from birth. During a routine checkup due to Jacob being born premature it was thought Jacob had a heart murmur. Upon further investigation he was diagnosed by a specialist with tetralogy of fallot, a congenital heart defect which meant he needed life-saving surgery . This was on top of many other important and critical surgeries. Jacob has already been through so much already and will need to have regular checkups and most likely future surgeries. As you can see from the photos he has come on so well.  Without the help and support of the Children's Heart Federation, life could have been so much different for Jacob and his family. We'd like to help repay that support back by way of raising funds for the below chosen charity to help them continue the  great work that they do
