Dear All

 I'm running in the Cardiff 10k on Sunday 6th September for the Kidney Wales Foundation.  This charity aims to improve the quality of health, increase life expectancy and free patients from the burden of regular dialysis.  It supports the Kidney Wales Children's Centre which helps children and teenagers with kidney disease and renal failure.
