<p>Got the kit, joined the gym, had some green tea, bought the vaseline, had some pasta, stretched a bit , 80 pounds lighter (Thanks Run and Become), had some jelly beans. Soon there will be no excuses left for not starting running.</p>
<p>Now the hard bit - raising the money. Dig deep and donate through JustGiving . Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity and I won't be badgering you with a sponsorship form (you have been warned....)</p>
