Brighton Marathon 2012 · 15 April 2012 ·

We raise funds for research that will lead to the successful treatment and eventual elimination of kidney disease. The lives of many people are seriously affected by kidney disease. Kidney failure is an extremely debilitating illness. Research is the only answer to find a prevention or a cure.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

One of my long held aims is to run a marathon before I get too old! Therefore, this year I will be stumbling through the Brighton Marathon.

I will be running for the South West Thames Kidney Fund. The South West Thames Kidney fund is a charity to support the provision of Kidney Dialysis for Children. The reason I decided to support this worthwhile cause is that a colleague of mine, Laurence White (Aon's Head of Broking for our Corporate Division) is now actively involved with the fund which follows a personal experience in this area.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
