On April 10th 2011 I'll be taking part in the Great Welsh Marathon, my first attempt at the full 26.2 mile distance. I'll be doing it for MNDA, who support those living with Motor Neurone Disease and their families. MND has directly affected my family and is a cause close to my heart.
