I am taking part in the Cardiff 10K with Coffee#1 and Brains, including Marc, Matt and Rae from Exeter. Anyone who knows us will know we are not exactly in the best shape, therefore this will truly be a challenge for us!

Coffee#1 and S.A.Brain's have a joint target of raising £5000 for Tenovus Cancer Care, and it would be amazing to achieve this, so any donation, no matter how small will help to make a big difference.
