This July I will be deploying to Afghanistan in what is traditionally the time of year when the fighting is at its fiercest.  For every service man or woman that sadly makes the news by losing their life, many more never make the news but come home injured.

So that being the case we have decided to set ourselves the challenge of raising £31000 for Help for Heroes and Tickets for troops.  To do this we aim to run, row and cycle 31000 miles.
