Last year, I cycled 150 miles in 2 days and, with fantastic support from family, friends and work colleagues, we raised £1,470 for Prostate Cancer UK.

The worthiness of the cause was highlighted when one of last year's planned riders, passed away from prostate cancer, aged just 61, the week before the ride. Also, a close friend of a work colleague lost his battle with prostate cancer last year, aged only 56.

I was so proud of what we achieved together, that I have signed-up to do it all again. I would very much appreciate the support that anyone can give to this important charity.
