Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My mum died following in stroke in 2013. The whole family undertook a cycling challenge that summer, raising over £5000 for the Stroke Assosciation and the Barbara Bus Fund. I have continued cycling since then, which has helped me get much fitter and lose weight. I thought it would be good to undertake another challenge in memory of mum in 2015 so applied to do Ride London. I've never ridden 100 miles before, so this will be hard work! Thanks in advance for supporting me.

I will put updates on our website www.in-memory-of-margaret.com showing how my training is going. Please do take a look.
