On Friday, Tristan and Chris will be taking party in a charity triathlon in the Lake District, hiking, biking and canoeing.

The course is a tough one:

• 10km cycle from Langdale to Waterhead
• 4km canoe around Lake Windermere
• 33km cycle from Waterhead to Sticklebarn
• 10.5 hike around Langdale Pikes
• 7.6km cycle from Sticklebarn to Langdale

It looks pretty arduous but is all for a great cause - Centrepoint is a really important charity very close to our hearts and anything anyone could give would be much appreciated.
