However the best reason for putting my body through 26.2 miles of exhilarating pleasure and pain is to support

'Friendship Works' - they are a charity who arrange and deliver mentoring for disadvantaged children and young people, aged 5-16, who come from single parent families living in Islington and Camden.

It is a charity that is local to Islington where I work as an Educational Psychologist and I have seen at first hand the life-changing differences that they can make not just for the young person in question but for their whole family.
