I'm running the Bognor 10k to raise money for Tom Jenkinson - a five-year-old boy from Chichester with quadriplegic cerebral palsy.

His family is trying to raise £40,000 to pay for selective dorsal rhizotomy surgery. 

There's still a long way to go but if everyone can donate whatever they can spare – even if it's just 50p, that will still help Tom's family get one step closer to their target.
