From the 10th July 2009 - 14th July 2009 I cycled from London to Ballymena (Northern Ireland) Via Holyhead and Dublin. This was quite literally over hill and dale and in all weathers (typical British Summer!), but what an experience. It was very tough mentally and physically to do the journey in a short space of time and over the large distance, but a very worthwhile challenge, and cause to do it for. The total distance on the bike clock was 445miles.

The charity I am supporting is local to Ballymena and all monies from this trip will be going directly to the Charity's work for the orphaned Children in Moldova, which is officially Europes poorest country.
