Last time all I did was grow a ridiculous moustache - it drew some unwanted attention (especially when I visited the toilets at Lymm Truck Stop once), but it was no effort really.

This time its a gruelling 25 mile non stop 12 hour session of pain taking in 3 mountains in my home county. I was concerned to see how frequently this featured on a personal favourie TV program Helicopter Heroes so it is no walk in the park.
