Our team will undertake a challenge like no other, Why? So we can make adifference...
Our two day challenge will compriseof up to four activities running concurrently, and I am taking on the toughest physical challenge I have ever done. Although the main purpose of thechallenge is to raise much needed funds for Chestnut Tree House we canguarantee that the weekend will be full of fun, laughter and determination aswe work together to create our Legacy.
Day one
- A 6 mile hike taking in Blencathra, Brunt Knott, and Souther Fell
Day two
- A 121 mile route road cycle taking in all of themajor lakes and exploring the national park. Just to put it in perspective that's 13-14 hours of riding, over 2.5 miles of pure vertical gain with gradients upto 33% - this is going to HURT!! Oh yeh, and it's probably going to rain!!
