This time last year I took part in a 5K Run in Southend and raised £1130 in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. I was overwhelmed with the support I received from everyone. A great cause and a great turnout. To make it extra special on the day, I came first place which allowed me to cheer the rest of the guys through.

So the venue this year is Chelmsford Race Course where the fun starts all over again.
