Story
In March this year I will be part of a group of 40 people from Harrods trekking the Great Wall of China in aid of the NSPCC. The trip is 9 days long with 5 of the days spent trekking the wall, covering a total distance of 50km. This trip will help raise money for those less fortunate than us and it will also be a great life experience for me, so, rather than ask for donations to pay for my experience, I will be paying for the actual cost of the trip and then hope to raise as much as possible to support the great work the charity does every day. We have a target of £200,000 so all donations are greatly appreciatied!
The NSPCC is the leading children's charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. We help children who have been abused to rebuild their lives, protect those at risk, and find the best ways of preventing abuse from ever happening.Every child deserves the best possible chance to rebuild their life after abuseThat’s why we’re here. That's what drives all our work. And that’s why – as long as there’s abuse – we will fight for every childhood.
