As many of you know I love physical challenges be it running or cycling, and thought it was about time that I gave something back!

Macmillan is a fantastic charity that does some amazing work that affects all of us in some way or another. Each and everyone of us will know someone who has been diagnosed or affected

with cancer. It is an awful fact, but through the work of Macmillan, support is provided to those that need it during such a terrible time

It is for this reason that we ask you to sponsor us through the Thunder Run 24 (http://www.tr24.co.uk/). In our team of eight we will be running for a whole day (inc through the night) around a 10K off-road relay course. The aim being to cover as many laps in 24hrs as possible. We are hoping to total 32 laps which is the equivalent of 320km or ~200miles. This will be the second time the team has done the event, last time out we finished 5th out of 280 teams, hopefully this year we can go better and break the into the top three!
