In short we are a three man team looking to conquer the 3 largest peaks in Great Britain within a 24 hour period. These mountains will be tackled in sequence. Ben Nevis first, then Scafell Pike and then finishing off with Snowdon.

Our team is made up of me - Chris Wood, Richard Warner and James Taylor.

Rich and I will be doing the walking and Jim is providing our 1 man support team and driver. Jim will have the unenviable task of driving us over 1000 miles in a 24 hr period as well as providing general support throughout the challenge.

Needless to say we are very grateful to Jim for giving up his time to play such a vital role in this event.

It should also be noted that the VW UK Press Office have very kindly supplied us with a VW Scirroco loan car for the duration of the challenge.

Again our thanks are due to both VW and Jim for making this happen!

We have set a date for the weekend of the 30th June-1st July and a programme of training has been underway over the last 9 months in preparation for the big day.
