Sunday 27th was glorious sunshine and I managed to get round the hilly course relatively unscathed. Very good feeling to complete the race.

Thank you for your support, words of encouragement and donations, all the money raised is going to an extremely good cause.

On Sunday 27th September, I will be taking to the hills of the New Forest for the annual New Forest Half Marathan.

I am running for a very worthwhile cause, SPRING is a local charity based in Poole which provides support to parents and relatives in neo-natal grief.  This charity provided us with tremendous support when we lost our daughter Millie in 2007, and is a cause we can truly relate to.
