We're doing the Petts Wood 10k in October.  The course is a mxture of undulating road and cross-country - it's the first time Helen has run this distance so we're hard in training.  We're going to run around together but Helen has made Chris promise to let her put her foot over the finish line first!

 

All proceeds will go to the Neurological Unit at James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough.  We've set a fairly low sponsorship target to incite you even more into helping us beat it!
