At Young Lives vs Cancer, we help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. We’ll face it all together – but we can’t do it without you. Visit www.younglivesvscancer.org.uk

Story

As some of you know Chris's cousin Ria's little girl Alex was last year diagnosed with Leukaemia. She is currently recovering and we are all hoping and praying she makes a full recovery in time. CLIC Sargent was there to help throughout this nightmare ordeal and so we decided to do something to help the cause.

So Rupert "Rupes" Daly, Peter "High Tower" Williams and Chris "Baz" Barclay will be taking on the challenge of the Aberfeldy "Middle Distance" triathlon on August the 15th.  Don't be mislead by the "middle distance" bit - this will be a 1900m Loch swim then a 56mile cycle then a half marathon (13.2mile) one after the other (half "ironman" distance). We're all bricking it so if you could dig deep at least we'll know we are drowning/crashing/passing-out for a great cause.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
