My story

On Friday 29th June I will be 'captured' by Action for Children at the HMS Unicorn, Dundee, and won’t be released until I raise my ransom fee! Please help me raise £500 for Action for Children to secure my release and help children and young people across Scotland achieve their full potential.

Action for Children Scotland supports over 8,000 children, young people and their families at 62 projects across the country. The children and young people they support have hopes and dreams for their future but face daily challenges such as disability, deprivation, homelessness and abuse.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

My updates 1

Thanks so much to everyone who paid my ransom today. We raised 4 times our target of £500 and with my fellow captives we have raised enough for AfC to build a new crèche in Dundee. Thanks again, C.
