This June I will be taking part in my first multi day charity ride, its a new challenge for me and I hope I'll still be in one piece afterwards

Although I've completed a few triathlon, and some single sport events, I have never cycled for 4 consecutive days covering 100 miles per day, so this is a challenge for me.
