Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have taken this opportunity to finally drive my ailing body into the ground and through a mixture of ice baths, embarassing stretching practices in the workplace and an extensive use of sticky tape and medical supports, I'm aiming to complete something I haven't done since I was a nimble teenager in aid of a very worthy cause.

I know that I've asked many of you for donations in the last few months but if you are able to dig deep and spare a few pennies or pounds to help Macmillan's work it would be very, very appreciated
