<p><strong>Update 23rd April:</strong></p>
<p>TARGET UPDATE Weight loss = 10.7 kg (since 22 January)</p>
<p>Holding on to lose more weight and gain my £2,000 target - especillay the latter!</p>

<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p>
<p>The wonderful staff at <strong><a href="http://www.friendsofroxburghehouse.co.uk/">Roxburghe House</a> </strong>in Aberdeen provide specialist palliative care for people with long-term illnesses, and suport for their families.</p>
<p>There is little enough I can do to help those people, much as I wish I could, so I am trying to make my small contribution, and I hope you will support me.</p>
<p>I need your donation - and I am prepared to make a <span style="color: #0000ff;">BIG</span> effort in return. My challenge is to get <span style="color: #0000ff;">SMALLER</span>!</p>
<p>I am going to lose weight over the next three months - but my weight loss will be in a good cause.</p>
<p>I aim to lose at least TEN KILOS bodyweight (twenty-two pounds) over the next three months, and I ask you to commit to sponsor me on a per-kilo basis. I currently weigh in at just over 94 kg.</p>
<p>Visit the site regularly and pay-as-you-go! I'll update my weight chart every week. I must be worth a few pounds a kilo, surely!!</p>
