400-something miles in and the thought is definitely worse than the deed!

We're through Scotland, no more mountains, no more funny money, no more haggis pizza!

5 days in and a certain routine has emerged. It's ok to eat like a farmyard animal occasionally. And to behave like a zombie for several hours of the day. And to forget about mostly everything other than keeping those wheels spinning.

The team - the riders - the support crew and the base-team have been sterling and we've made a lot of LifeCycle friends along the way. The fundraising total is growing impressively - please help if you can.
