It's ok to eat like a farmyard animal occasionally. And to behave like a zombie for several hours of the day. And to forget about mostly everything other than keeping those wheels spinning.</p> <p>The team - the riders - the support crew and the base-team have been sterling and we've made a lot of LifeCycle friends along the way.
